Why do I need to email you my account details when I have set up my new account?

Can I sign up for more than one offer?

Will there be any problems with tracking my rakeback if I reinstall/uninstall my poker room software?
No. We track you through your account name with your chosen poker room. Therefore you can reinstall/uninstall your software with no problem. It also works the same if you get a new computer.
How will I get my rakeback earnings?
Your rakeback payments will be done monthly and directly to your account. The payment is usually made within a week of the end of the month, though at some rooms it can take up to 2-3 weeks.
